My dad says things like that too... that he's not going to be here much longer... maybe it's a way to face our mortality. Jokes on him, though, because he's going to be around for quite awhile. Only the good die young.

DD is trying a lot of herbs. turmeric for inflammation. She started devils claw ? I think thats what she said. Found out pepper helps turmeric absorb 1000xs better.
I grew feverfew and cone flowers hoping to learn how to use them. Never happened .

I have herbal books too. My mom was into that when we were kids. Curcumin is the important part of the tumeric, so she can get capsules for that. Most of the herbal stuff works best as a preventative.

she found a healer at that seminar she went to and he came to see her and brought her some tea. She seems to do better with the patches as the pills move through her too quickly
