Tom said he would buy me a couple jubille orphs. if I want them. I dont know if I should or not. He has them for $10.00 because of winter. I think they are normally $25.00 from him. Far as I can tell theres no difference between them and the speckled sussex. . I would have to keep them in the barn for a while. spring maybe. and make sure whatevers going on out there is gone. I cant come with $100.00 for 4 in the spring. He also has lavender orphs. and CCL chicks, same price.

Does the lavender breed true or does it "wash" out unless black or splash are bred back in ??

I have no idea. I wouldnt want but one I think if any. pretty frustrated with chickens
