So she get's to her new apartment, place reeks of pot which they did not advertise that the place was "pot friendly" and they lied about the bedrooms and what not. So she is trying to get back the 2500.00 she paid in advance for first month's rent and deposit. BUT it seems that she may have found a different place going to look at it in the morning.

could also use duct tape and tape trimmer to a back scratcher or tape it to a wall and move up and down on it.
