Granny's gone and done it again

Hi hope everything is going good out here & everyone is safe. Thought we were going for iron infusion, but instead we had a Dr explain to us about Monday. He was going to do infusion but after going over all hubby s test & everything. He felt blood work again just to see where everything was at. Long story short, to late. Dr. after speaking to radiation doctor & reviewing x ray,he feels it's cancer possibly a different type, however being hopefully it could be scar tissue from legionair disease, pneumonia, COPD, TB from childhood. But let's get prepared for the journey as he put it. There's surgery, chemotherapy, medicine, there are various levels of treatment. Until he sees the biopsy & scan, which hubby gets done on Tuesday,he won't know which course of action to take. So as of April 12th dooms day we'll have all our answers. Oh the harsh reality worst scenario, nothing can be done & what would make hubby comfortable until the end. Like doc said let's not go there right now, trust, faith, & don't give up. He was an awesome Dr so far.
Many hugs & prayers to you & yours Misty. You both are strong people & will come through this no matter the outcome.

Looks like a blue tailed skink. They eat bugs.

Well I had planned to have all my eggs in the incubator on Wednesday. Didn’t happen. Last 2 duck eggs are dead. Took them out and all the clears I set Monday. Then took the turner out and completely filled the bator.

Oh and my chickens have a sense of humor. 13 eggs today. Bluebell is laying now!

Went out and put the chickens up. Raptor is walking around. Everyone is getting hair cuts tomorrow.

Skink poop was the talk of the town this evening. I guess they eat insects or grubby things? They live in damp places like flower beds or under boards. Chuck kills them for us with a single puncture to the back of the head. He’s an assassin.

Oh, i like them. I think they are good luck. We had a pair living on our doorstep in TN. They came in the house sometimes, but would run back out if they saw you. If they kill bugs, i am for them! And the teenie babies are so cute!
