I think you are at the point where a safety hole is a very good idea
The shell is so hard, i tried making a hole with the point of the scissors. No go. Had to hit it with a hammer. I could use a drill but i would be afraid of poking the bird when it breaks through. I could try going slow with a small bit. They are probably dead anyway by now, day 28. But maybe not. I hate messing with eggs.

use a push pin . scratch the surface first in an X a few times then go in at an angle
 
in that incubator right ?? whens the next scheduled hatch ??
This is in my brinsea. My next hatch is due on may 2 in the homemade bator, 30 eggs, and my Myth Buster eggs are due may 6th. But they have been hatching early.
 
Although I might be able to talk duck egg lady into the big liver (rowe) her and her SO used to have a Bull Mastiff so I know they like large dogs. And she does love Yuri to bits.
