Im better. Thank you. I did ok at the grocery. Kinda got myself in a mess being nice. hahaha I unloaded the whole cart and trust, you couldnt of squeezed a piece of paper on there then looked behind me was a lady in a riding cart and talking to her she said she cant unload. so I started unloading her and almost done I notice a man in a riding cart behind her ! I said, let me guess, that your DH ?? She said yess, he has dementia. Sigh....

never heard this before. I did this when I was little at my sisters wedding and they played a song just for me.

Still struggling with sleep here. The new meds doc put me on are messing with my sleep & some other stuff. Think I will change back to the old meds. Thought I had gotten through this cold last week after the boys left, but I have been hacking up a lung since yesterday. Have felt like day one again, aches, hot flashes & chills. It's going to be a whiskey & honey night again.
