Wishing, the dr, pharm, and you told me he shouldnt of done that shot without ultrasound or not at all. They already messed my foot up for life. my whole body is like my hip. Hip just hurts worse. I just dont think its a good idea now.

I dont buy those because I dont know what they are. Like,does chipolti mean hot ? It looks like they just put the dried beans in a bigger bag and added spices I dont know.

I would want some assurance that any surgery would be successful. What are the rates of it actually helping. What percentage have complications... Removing a bursa is no small thing. I think PT maybe still give you some improvement if you get the proper exercises, like h2o's butt walking.

I bought them specifically for the seasoning packets. Wanted something I didn't have to think too much. No fuss is the point. I'm not good with spicy either, and will let you know if the chipotle is hot. The white beans are not for sure.

onion and ham bone bout all the spice northern beans need. salt
