That steroid is still in my system too. couple months I hear til its out. I have been so very desperate for sleep I will try once anyway. She said thats probably why the headache too. lack of sleep

Your probably dehydrated as well with most of your fluid coming in the form of caffenated coffee (a diaretic)

I forgot to tell you i fell on my knees again!
I was digging in the garden. Set the shovel down to get some manure to add. Fell over the shovel. it would be funny but they already hurt more than enough. I am thinking of wearing knee pads all the time. I don't want to end up crippled
Oh and of course i fell on the hard packed clay part!
