Granny's gone and done it again

Yes, but it's got to where it tangles so bad when I wash it that I pull out hands full of hair. Also very hot in summer...do it had to go.
I love my hair when it's short, but granny doesn't. Just can't stand how hot it was & hated it on my face. I always kept it up when it was long so when I fell and broke my wrist last Sept. I had it all cut off. Haven't looked back since.

So get home tonight. Go outside. Notice the patio couch has been worked on by the dog. I am surprised and confused. Ten and a half years old and the entire ten years she’s been with me, she’s never tried to destroy furniture before...so I stop and think. There was a baby bunny under there at one point. Was the baby bunny teasing her? Lift up the sofa...nope. See this.

Poor little fledgling starling.

Hubs had to help me catch it when he came home cause the couch is heavy so holding it up with one arm and trying to catch a bitty with the other....yeah no. So we catch it...now what? Hubs starts looking at starling care. I end up scrambling an egg to try to feed it in the meantime (that didn’t go over well) and eventually the decision was made.

This is how we get High on 4/20.

Yep. Hubs had me lift him up so he could put the starling back up there.

Camping, excuse my words. Not having much luck with them tonight. IF I stack cages and the trunk wont close and I tie the trunk will too much wind hurt them ? 60 mph

I was going to say that I wouldn’t try that, but then I remember we put birds in the back of the truck and haul down the interstate so that’s not any different. They just burrow down.

Did I scare everyone away? @campingshaws how are your seedings doing? I'm really frustrated with mine. I have a batch of 11 tomato plants that look nice, but I have a tray of pepper plants & a tray of tomato plants that just aren't doing anything. No growth, nothing & they were planted only a week & a half later than the others. I am stumped, have never experienced this before.

My tomatoes did the same. I’m mad at myself for having seedlings started but not having beds ready. I’ve lost most of them; I should’ve just waited til it was warm enough to sow out. Hopefully next year will be easier with everything already in place.
