I just wish they wouldn’t have chased her. Then we could have herded her (calmly) back in the pen. She ran because they were chasing her.

Yeah, I spank my dogs when they do bad things and give them time out but I’d never hurt them.

I’m going to beat the living daylights out of my Mom. She invited kids over after I told her no. They ran the goats through the fence. Then chased them down the road. Fleur is in bad shape.

I was livid. I’ve calmed down a little bit.
I’m hoping too.

They are Pygmy/Nigerian. But mostly Nigerian. Fleur, the one that was dog piled is pretty petite.

not sure 100%. She’s up and eating some hay but not moving much. I’m worried about her.

Maybe mix her up some drench to combat shock....1/3 karo syrup, 1/3 corn oil and 1/3 molasses. I try to tempt them to eat by chopping up fruits and veggies, and feeding hay and all the fresh leaves you can find. Hoping fervently she will make it! Oh and goat electrolytes if you can get some.

I am going to not tell him anything until after they hatch. I really wanted to buy Swedish flower hen chicks and silkies, and turkeys, and more rabbits! Pics later. Gotta go out and hug some bunnies. Bbl.

In the meantime I also have a friend on her way to drop off a swing set frame and a play set. So trying to get calmed down more. They are back in the garage and eating.

I have none of that stuff and Tsc closes in less than 30 minutes. It takes 35 minutes to get there if it’s clear. I can mix up a bit of sugar water? I’ll check to see if that red Gatorade is still in the fridge.
