Whatever else you can fit in that car. This could be the big one that helps you down size those little buggers. You know there numbers will be right back up there in a couple of months. They are baby machines lol. This swap is gonna be a big one by what I have been reading . One person is bringing 150 chicks. I have seen about 30 people say what they will be bringing. I have 14 babies , the 3 amigos and ??
That's wonderful, hopefully you won't have anymore surprise litters running around there then.yall remember the kittens ? That man today got them. He took them to the vet and got them all fixed up and spayed then took them to PAWS in Dearborn to get adopted out.He also got the mama fixed. Not his cat.
They need to all go. I will miss them as they are so very friendly and colorful but like you say. I cant keep up with the broodys. Maybe just keep the 3 amigos. The brooder they are in would keep them as a full sized coop.Whatever else you can fit in that car. This could be the big one that helps you down size those little buggers. I think your on to something there Pam. Very low key maintenance & no possibility of unwanted babies. They need to all go. I will miss them as they are so very friendly and colorful but like you say. Nope & no pert, star, twist & wishing. Where is everyone? No Jane again today.![]()
I could do that Alley. Its not going to be this swap. Theres too many of them. Stupid car/stupid back ! I have about 8 roos out there, 3 amigos and whatever is in this new batch. Here’s what you do. Keep a few females that like to brood. No boys (that way you don’t have to worry about those repopulating again) Then slip them jub eggs to hatch or whatever else you want to hatch.
