There is bound to be a Youtube video showing you exactly how to fix it. Hubs has repaired all kinds of things around here from researching on the internet. Can't remember a time we had a repairman out...

I have a mortar and pestle... it's harder to use than you'd think. I bet you would have trouble holding the thing... my hand gets tired and you can only do so much at a time and it STILL gets all over.
If I ever need to again, I will use your method.
or just soak it!

Cap, I guess its just the moral support of someone going with you. Maybe you dont want or need it but if someone was cutting on me I need a hand to squeeze.

It's easier than going to the dentist. I had a few things cut off my face in my 20s. Not a big deal at all. Required sutures too. Mohs doesn't, but you have to wear a big white gauze pad over it, so everyone knows you had Mohs.

It’s something with the timer. It’ll go from 10 minutes left and change to 40 minutes. And it will stop in the middle of washing.

Replacing a timer on your model... look it up, see how hard it is. Then you will know that the guy charging you 3 hrs labor is either cheating you or doesn't know what he's doing.

No. The pre cancer is a little flat slightly raised spot on the surface of the skin, usually on your face. They basically shave it off a little bit at a time and put the super thin slices under the microscope to see if they are still getting pre cancer cells. They keep going until they get to healthy tissue.
