Ya me too, I had to finally get up in their business a bit because they left us hanging in this exam room for 4 hrs under the pretense that they had been trying to get through to Nuclear Medicine but that they weren't answering their phone. I finally told them that we needed to know one way or the other if the test was going to be done tonight or if it was going to be something she had to do outpatient. That my dd worked nights & had not had sleep since the few hrs the day before & that if anything wasn't going to be done we needed to know as soon as possible because I had concerns about her driving an hour home without sleep & in pain. She is like her dad, she falls asleep easily at the wheel. That's when dr came in to say they would admit her & do the test tomorrow. I'm very glad they did because I wouldn't have allowed her to drive & then we would have had to figure out how to get her home & her car home with both hubs & I whooped.

Maybe her DH needs to have this experience too.

Thanks for all the well wishes for my dd. She didn't end up having gallstones as we suspected but there is some concern that something is going on with her gallbladder. She was admitted to the hospital late this evening for observation. They have scheduled a radioactive dye xray test for tomorrow through Nuclear Medicine. Sure hope they figure it out, she just isn't feeling well. Grandkids are here with me, hubby had the pleasure of entertaining them for about 6 hrs tonight by himself. I think he was pretty relieved when I finally made it home lol. Now he has a smidgen of reality of what it's like when I have them days on end without help.

Prayers everything is ok. Too bad you don’t live close enough to bring them over for the party tomorrow. Yo7 can do it your a grandma!
