well shoot, my trick didnt work. Tom still hasnt slept. He asked for one of my sleeping pills. Well I cant give him something I dont know if it will interact with what he is on so I gave him half a melatonin. He is back up.

do what my parent's did and threaten "IF you get out of bed ONE more time" your grounded or really going to regret it. Not sure what the "regret it part involved" as I was a good boy (as always) and stayed in bed then.
