That looks nasty. Not a hematoma thank God but its pretty red for just happening. Use soap when you washed it ?

It looks deep. I always let something like that bleed for a min to flush the wound. Did it bleed ? I am nervous about a bad infection with that one. The other 2 look ok.

I flushed with hose water when I was at the farm, then soap/water and peroxide at home. I let it bleed and opened it back up for the peroxide. It’s more of a puncture than a scratch.

Oh yeah, I took a 2 hr break of doing laundry, washing eggs & kale. Cooking a pizza. Fixing to eat pizza

Another cool day today, so I'm getting out there to clean the coops. Hubs is taking a couple days off work, and we are going to tackle the garage... too much junk and we want to put #1s new old car in there. haha we'll see.

Camping, I have old lady hands already. I much rather have yours. the skin is thin and wrinkled w/ age spots and crooked fingers ridged nails with lines in them and bending in from my lungs. Trust, enjoy them little smooth skinned plump hands because before long you will wish you had them back.

Ouch . I have an idea... let's invent a spur cover... some sort of tube-y thing with a blunt end and super glue it on. haha I shouldn't post my ideas... someone will steal them. #2's school got a 3D printer and he put it together and got it running. Maybe he can design and make something. Worth a try.
