So they got my old cpu fixed sort of . They managed to clone the hard drive and then put all the information onto a new hard drive. So while I am over getting that my NEW cpu and keyboard and mouse show up.

Vickie came over and we got the main floor cleaned and dusted and then put up some Christmas decorations and 2 Nativity sets. The one my mother made , baby Jesus is in the drawer still as he doesn't get to come out until tomorrow night. The 3 wise guy's mush have asked for directions this year and they are already there

I usually spread them around the living room until New Years. Table is covered with the cloth. I will set it later tonight I think.

Granny you should eat more rice! Very cheap and very filling. It's a Cajun staple. Jambalaya, étouffée, gumbo, and red beans and rice all have rice in some capacity.

I cant even pronounce half of that much less try to cook it !  

Oh man, it's all so good. Jambalaya: chicken and sausage and the holy trinity (onions, bell peppers, celery) and rice. Étouffée: lots of butter and shrimp or crawfish and trinity. Served over rice with a crusty pistolette. Gumbo: starts with a roux, then add trinity and any sort of meat you like (chicken and sausage, seafood, wild game, duck, etcetera) and okra. Put rice in it. Some people put a glob of potato salad in, too, but not me. Red beans and rice is pretty self-explanatory.

Granny, if CB wants to open his gifts from me tomorrow (Christmas eve) that's okay with me. Sounds like you will be busy on Christmas and a lot of people have the tradition of opening the night before. Just ask camping... the night before, the week before, 2 weeks before....

But expensive in the land locked center of N America. oh and the red beans

Trinity, pistolette (isnt that a gun)? roux I dont know any of those words. LOL I am a lost cause.
