I saw that. It sure has been nice but I knew eventually it would rise. We have our mister reinstalled in the runs and I have have new waterers on order. Almost to the point were I can tell who the Roos are. They are leaving early this year. I have about 40 young chickens who are at the brink of puberty. I am not good at sexing.

H20, I cant imagine anyone being worse them myself at sexing. I can have a chicken crowing and on top of another and say, Yup, thats a hen.

I have actually had a hen do that, so not impossible! Weird, but not impossible.

I cut 2 boards to 8 feet for the coop. That was all i could carry from the site to the workshop. Hoping we can run electric out there. It would be a whole lot easier. Painted those 2 boards and the edges of the plywood. Except hubby set them down without putting anything to set them down on. I am going to have to move them all before it rains. It may rain tonight. I sure hope it cools down. 95° in the workshop, with the fans going! I don't want to consider feels like temp.

Mornings all, So much for getting to CVS early . Got to sleep about 4am. So going to bed last night I was sitting on the pot getting ready to undress . I run my fingers through my hair and a spider went right down my shirt ! I jerked it off and it fell in my pants. Now, Im not afraid of spiders but I sure dont want them crawling on me either. My shirt went in one direction my pants another and me still another direction. hahaa That will teach me to not go all day without brushing my hair .

I must of had a good time in my sleep last night. Woke up w/ my thumb hurting pretty bad. Tom looked at it and said pull it. I did and heard a loud pop. Its feeling better already. Seems I dislocated it in my sleep. LOL He said Now, pull my finger. Ya, that aint happening. LOLOL

Just came in after releasing the guineas early. Bloody hot out there. 101° in the workshop with the fans blowing! I did get one of the stapleguns operational and finished attaching wire to the cage i am working on. Just need to add crosspieces to hang food and water feeders from. Move to the new location , and put the top on. I need to move these keets outside, the guy is supposed to pick them up Sunday.

Ugh. Just stopping for lunch. Already what a day.

State of California is already putting our gas tax dollars to work down here so my commute is now going all through the town to avoid road closures.

One of our foremen somehow didn’t turn in half his time cards so I had to do up a bunch of time cards for him and his crew so they could get paid.

Fridge woes at work...

Oh yeah and boss lady wants to run payroll Wednesday.

There’s something in the air. Both myself and the other admin are salty as heck today. I need to be outside hanging with my chickens drinking some whiskey and Pepsi. I’m beyond wine today.

At least my amazon order should arrive tomorrow. Which contains my new extension for my headphones. Yay music. The one I just got...is a fail. It’s weird. It’s like it doesn’t catch half the channels in a song if that makes any sense. In some it’s like listening to a karaoke track. In others it’s missing a guitar track. Strange.
