Got up the second time about 8:30 and it was raining a beautiful soaking in type of rain.

doing some laundry and on my second cup of coffee.

Farm on Monday and then there is an auction on Tuesday night we are going to; So at least so far it looks to be w good one/start. There will be a whole lot of drooling and maybe just a little bidding involved.

On the bright side these 12 week olds are doing great. This is round 2 of attempting to free range.

All my lavender chicks turned into splashes.
The yellow legs still have me puzzled neither parent has them.

The first load of laundry is on the line. Hubby has been hanging up pictures etc on the walls. I am dragging myself around today. Just tired.

My Schofield Silver collection started laying eggs today! So i built them a nest box and a dust bath. Still need to make a ramp.
I got 18 quail eggs today, new record!

Yep. It feels like a burn. This is what it looks like after 3hrs. At least it didn’t bring blood. But man when I heard it crunch I thought it would!

I sure won’t be sticking my hand in there anymore. I’ll use the scooper to slide it in.
