Sunday, Sunday night, Monday - Excessive heat warning. Y'all down south can take your summer temps back now. Please!

For now I should probably hose off, throw some not gross clothes on and head on over to the bank and get some groceries. Whee.

Whoa, full service bank, even has groceries.

Bruce, all that stuff was changed yearly til 4 -5 yrs ago. Its 11 yrs old. I have over 4000 hrs on it.

Then it is time! Clearly not the same machine as mine, it is only about 3 or 4 years old. That makes it more difficult to say "this is easy, this is not". I had an older machine, a '95, and things were not nearly as easy to service. The snow blower specifically was a serious PITA to put on, had to bolt long rails at 3 places both sides of the frame all the way to the back of the GT. And of course you had to hold the dang thing up to get the bolts in. This one hooks to a bracket permanently attached to the frame, 2 pins with hairpin cotters. The idler pulley tension under the PTO is spring loaded on a chain, again a hairpin cotter holds it in place.

Looks like she got pecked in the head a couple times. Maybe i will put her in the barn. I had to open the lean-to door so the turkeys can get in for the night. She still doesn't want to drink. I may have to syringe some in.

I got another 7 boards fully painted, and one side of two 12' boards, but i had a nature call so i came in. Air cond. Feels fabulous!
