Granny's gone and done it again

that what my friend's do as well  and then also grind/mix the hay with oats and or barley they raise themselves.   Heny maybe check into  local sources of oats, barley,  or corn  to help boost protein.

I been looking into other types of grains to use also so we can mill our own that is soy and corn free in the future.

We were just raising them for food for us so we didn't need them to be a certain weight.

Red kite! That is something that I would love to see! They are very VERY rare in Israel ! Ee have planty of black kite (common kite?) Milvus milvus but no red kite! We have here 3 species of kingfishers here
Oh. Well they're getting more and more common here! I don't think I've seen a common kite before. That third one is stunning! The one I saw was the second one, he was very small.
Its the Pied kingfisher, a virtuosic flyer!
Benny, I love kingfishers. My favorite! We have plainer ones here. Belted Kingfisher, female. The males don't have the rust color. I haven't seen one in ages (13 years ago in October on my wedding day, to be exact!)

There is a large dying pine tree right outside, and the woodpeckers have been going to town on it! My hubs got some good shots of our local pileated woodpecker, but I haven't loaded them on the computer, so can't share right now. They are quite large birds...

Beautiful birds! We have only this one the Syrian woodpecker Dendrocopos syriacus

This real estate stuff is just PANTS.

PANTS I SAY!!!

I kinda feel bad for the realtor on the other side. She's also trying to push our loan officer and getting nowhere. I see the group emails. Oh christie, you poor soul.

And landlord told us rent is monthly only so we'd have to pay the full month if we go over.

*insert censored cusses here*

Wishing just send all gma and gpa stuff to me. I'll cherish it enough for us both.

Does that include the 20 yrs of phone bill records my g'ma saved that my mom couldn't let go of because it was like a history of their life???

3rd generation pack rat here.

Yes, I think starting with the kids' stuff is what I need to do. I need to get paths cleared in this house to make it more livable! hahahaaa (The living room is still strewn with Christmas morning debris!)

Twist, the trouble with getting rid of g'ma &g'pa's stuff first is that I cannot make the decisions on my own. Brother and sister both need to be involved or write me a paper relinquishing all claim, so they couldn't come back at me years later and say, Remember that cool old ________? I sure would have liked that!

Of all people, you understand guilt.

Prostar, good luck on the closing. Hope you don't have to waste money on a month's rent because some bozo can't get the job done. Have you complained to his/her superior?

See, I don't even know who to complain to in this case. We started with movement mortgage, and got brokered out. So although our contact/loan officer is through movement, our mortgage/underwriters are through a mystery lender. And this is how they take no responsibility.
