If those lorps were pullets not straight run, I would have come home with chicks.

Hard to see but here’s our glorious fence extension. 4 foot wire fence on top of a five foot chain link. Should do it.

Now it’s time for me to clean a chicken coop.

I put the frame together for a door for one of the runs today. I am really hoping my back will be better in the morning. I hate being crippled up.

Some lady had 9 young laying hens and the cage for $20.00 I went and got a friend who I knew would jump on that and before we got to the end she sold them. Tons of guineas today. Must be the season. Mostly all babies.

Cap, does motrin shrink swelling ? Sucks you dont have the bathtub. Like me, could soak in some salts and take some of that away but listen to your body. Take a rest day

I have a stock water trough now, i just have to figure out how to get hot water into it!

I had to treat them like a school room would. a lot of structured time. Once I got them on a schedule it was ok.

We was supposed to go last week but SOMEONE was being a PITA and refused all hotels but the one we usually stay at. Which was booked solid. I found cheap rooms with good reviews across the street and it wasn’t good enough.

Anyway lol I’ll miss y’all too! I’ll post lots of pics. You see all kinds of things down there.
