Lost the dark blue chick this morning, cocci I’m assuming. Died in DD’s hands, she did not take that well. Another is puffy so I gave them medicated water, but I’m leaving tomorrow. Good luck, littles.

Hi all, Waiting for my hamburger to thaw so I can make some, well, hamburgers. LOL
So last night I am dozing in my chair and Robert comes and tells me to go to bed. I said why are you always trying to send me to bed ? He said because you are falling asleep. I said, why do you care if I fall asleep ? He said because you hurt yourself and you get cold. I said why do you care if I hurt or get cold ? He said, Because I love you.
Why this is important , Robert was 16 yrs old when I explained to him that sometimes people just need to hear the words I love you. So once in a rare while he would tell me I love you after I told him that but not every time. This was a first time on his own.

I pulled up to Wendy's for supper and i already had a bottle of lemonade going, and a bit of water left in another. I only have 2 cup holders in the truck. So i dumped out the water and jammed the lemonade in where i thought it would stay. I put my tea in one holder and my frosty in the other. As soon as i made a turn, i got a cold wet sensation on my butt. Oh no! About 1/4 of a bottle of lemonade poured on the seat cover and was quickly absorbed by my dark blue jeans, all the way to my skin.
So what could i do? Clearly i had not packed extra clothes for a shopping trip. I decided to rock the look and just act like it was the latest fashion. Fit right in at Walmart!
