Yes, withdrawals. Fortunately we can always catch up on here.
Now when she says she has to go get meds, I know right where she's going. Very pretty farm country... lots of corn and soybean fields. Everything is so green. And mowing appears to be the official state pastime. Only time you see a large expanse of mowed green grass here is a golf course or a ball field... and even those are brown around the edges.

Hubs at one point mentioned he thought about going for heavy equipment operator cause they get bank but then said he saw some of what they did and...

Well. Let’s just say I said nope. Stick to working on the trucks please and thank you. He does want to be on the strike force though so he will go to all the fires as needed....but not on the front lines I’d think.

Ps. This is not me belittling what these guys do. They are a team of insanely good pilots/drivers/operators who do needed things but yes. It is VERY dangerous.

And if someone didn't maintain the equipment, they wouldn't be able to fly, drive, bulldoze, rescue and all the rest.
