Good morning! Sorry, I have been dealing with a minor family "crisis" that began last night. No big deal, but requires much communication with extended family.

I am hoping to get massage therapy and maybe electrotherapy. He was supposed to refill my Soma but forgot or changed his mind. Idk. My back muscles are pretty well developed from all i do. I still think there are issues with my spine but he doesn't think so. I tried to get out of my chair in the waiting room, took me 3 tries! I was shocked. Of course the bit of weight i lost came back with other fat cells.
