I thought I got shot, so my first instinct was to dive down by my car.. I had just showered after mowing the lawn.. Got dressed and was on my way out.. The whole right side of my face is swollen, it got me right by the outside corner of my right eye, just below the end of my eye brow.. It was a good size wasp, the front of the body was a dark reddish and the back half black.. I found their nest (hive?), right underside of the top of my garage door.. Tho I had Eliminator wasp & hornet killer, I grabbed my shotgun first, I would of made a mess of my garage door, but I was mad enough; so I took the spray can and empty the whole thing all over the place.. I’ll be looking out for the lit fckrs, I’ll make sure they don’t come back.. From this day on I’m declaring war on all wasps, hornets and bees..

Hope you are alright. Please don't kill bees. They rarely sting and are needed for pollination. Populations are low in some places because of a fungus killing off whole hives.

Ok gang, gotta go to ER, my right is completely shut, the swelling goes down to my neck.. I'm worried about my other eye getting swollen also, or maybe even my throat.. I do get hives bad, and one time my throat was swollen, good thing I got to ER on time, I was having trouble getting air to my lungs..

Holy cow. Next time will be even worse, so hope you get an epi-pen as suggested. There is a generic version that is much cheaper.

We also have ones with long stingers & yellow wasp
Not including the different types of beesjust bought more spray today

Bees are mostly harmless and beneficial. Don't lump them in with the baddies.

SLEEPING!! Y'all stay up too late for me. I was all caught up at 10:30 and at 7 this morning I was 15+ pages behind!

You snooze you lose around here! I was 30 pages behind one time, and that happened in one night! back in the hey day.

I ate corn chips and been dip with some sweet tea. Got sick to my stomach and thought oh boy, I knew that tea didnt taste good. Checked my sugar was low. So now a lunchable and a headache

I think you need to quit drinking that tea. Seems you don't like it much anyway. What about some of Tom's Gatorade?
