I lost Lazerous today. Down to 4 free ranging roosters. They are having the time of their life . Well, til they aint no more.

So sorry I put a bunch out today(like 10). They won’t disappear though.

Hubby & I went out earlier & I'm thankful we did.Hub stopped at this yard sale long story short to late this was run by chickens me & this guy started chatting hubs is use to this ,like he always says I attract all kinds.So any who bud says when I'm ready incubate laying hens for me,also offered roo who followed me everywhere,he thought that was rare cause this roo was apparently mean to everyone but me & he had no top portion of beak$3for each bird

Ugh apparently Marti has been beating up on Marilyn. She’s got bites all over need another cage

One of the mixed boys has a chunk of fur missing on the back of his neck. Those three are going to need to be separated soon as well! The three lop boys seemed to be doing ok together. I lost the shorthaired black one this morning, i put 2 in a cage and shut the door. But forgot that new cage has 2 doors. Next thing i know, a bunny goes hopping by! The long haired one. It was 5 am and dark, plus foggy ,trying to find a black rabbit. Mission impossible!

So Cap, what did you buy?

You know i was all set to buy 2 pedigreed mini rex and i kept thinking how i am not happy with the accomodations for the rabbits as it is. So i didn't buy any rabbits. I saw a nice trio of speckled sussex, but have no place to quarantine them , so i left them there! I am going to regret that, but whatever.
I bought like $80 worth of stuff at TSC. A bunch of stuff at goodwill, including a book case for quail egg storage. I got an old time style crock i am going to use for a plant, and a cute milk jug piggy bank. And even went to the Restore and got a bunch of pieces of wood for $4. Different sizes than i usually have and i got a plastic wall hanging basket for the chicken coop to put oyster shell in. And a deep metal feed bowl dirt cheap.
No birds, no rabbits, no eggs! I stayed strong. Tsc had chicks and baby ducks.
