That's the problem , Robert, Rod and Vickie all have dr appointments in Bismarck tomorrow. BUT in the rodeo grounds we can keep a much better eye on her and check much more frequently

And honestly I think the only way we might get her into the chute safely would be to use the bobcat.

Comet the other "occasionally" crazy one and of course the other cow in the rodeo ground with Sheila, actually climbed over the top of the small 4-wheeler last year when we tried to run them thru the chute to pour them all, of course her calf was also only a few days old. I tell you what that first week or two with a new calf and the mom's are like crazy on steroids protective and dangerous.

Well that is poor planning, what are they all abandoning ship?

Didn't you ever see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang?? Jeremy and Jemima were the kids. One of my very favorite kid movies.

I have about 10 more baby quail, but one of the whites from the other day died. They just don't seem as sturdy.
I moved the rest of the eggs to another incubator since there are guinea eggs in there not ready to hatch.
Excited about getting stuff done tomorrow! I wonder how hot it will be.

LOL I have swatted my niece's and nephew's if they needed it and were at my house.

Well, less hormonal and more to do with not getting enough sleep. It can make you really cranky.
