At least I didnt have to bend over . He puked on the loveseat and as I am cleaning and gagging (it was a lot) I see a 6 inch rip in the cushion. Its garbage .

Cushions can be washed and Febreezed. Split can be stitched up. It's a dog sofa anyway. None of you guys sit on it.

Question is, Am I supposed to wash the shrooms and if yes How ?

I wouldn't bother. If they are already sliced they have been cleaned. If you do decide to wash them, eat them right away, they get slimy. Usually mushrooms are cleaned with a dry brush, never washed (that slimy thing).

How can you tell if its your back hurting or the kidney ?

When I had my kidney stone trip to the ER years ago. I remember thinking" If I had kidney stones this is probably what it would feel like". Deep in my back and to the side of my spine. That was just as the pain was starting, before I was on the floor of a co-workers office.
