Darn silkie roo tried to attack me as i was going in the pen. Dummy didn't know the limb lobbers were nearby. He ran & hid where i couldn't reach him but I'll be ready for him tomorrow & between him & his hiding place.

How old is he, Jane? Did he hurt you?

Mine has charged me a few times when I lean down to fill food and water. He screamed when I grabbed him lol so I packed him around.

My Sussex roo got beat on by a turkey today! For some reason the turkeys decided to go in the chicken yard. Only 4 of them. But that roo was all worked up and when i went in to get the turkeys out, he was ready to attack anything. I told him he had better not try it, because he could end up like the last roo. Who is no longer with us.

Well it cooled down, but now its pouring down rain! I got the last piece of plywood on the end of the coop! Only one 36"x31" to put on the front. I still need to find 2 used doors for the front. But at least i got something done today.

I know in Dickinson here at one time Law Enforcement officials were allowed to shot any loose/escaped dogs that were pits, pit mixes, dobbies and rotwielers IF they felt threatened or said dog was a "danger to the community"

NOT sure if that is still in effect

They can shoot any dog that is threatening them or any people.
