If it is truly an "atomic" clock, you don't need to set the time, it gets it from a radio signal. At least until Trump kills the stations that send the signal

WOW . I used to live in Garden city. Its nothing special. 21st district court was crooked as hell. Always has been.

I had a friend worked at 21st. She showed me my first hooker. They stand right behind the court house to do it. She said, The cops pick them up, they go through the judge, pay the fine and then back outside to the back of the court.
Far as I can tell that makes the judges their pimps.
