Did you see... Yuki is Japanese for "snow" Pretty dang close!
And Churchill was in there for blue eyed white cats after a china pattern.

I like Finn, Irish (esque) for "White"
And they had Snoopy... that was my first kitty's name. He was a good friend in my childhood. Followed me everywhere.

We had a pure white cat when I was a kid. Green eyed, so not deaf. His name was Beauregard. There is something about white fur... it is always softer than colored fur. I loved petting Beauregard, but ended up not liking him so much because he turned out to be a birder. The barn swallows used to dive bomb him mercilessly... he deserved it . He also killed my parakeet, Lou, when I was cleaning his cage one day. Mom had let the cats in for a treat... and she almost NEVER let the cats inside. Very bad timing.

we never named cats and they werent allowed in the house. Mom would get us a dog and it would be gone in a couple weeks. Didnt pay to get attached to animals around our house.
