All are silkie, but since I have different colors together I never know what will hatch.


Lots of flooding. If we get anymore rain we can’t go to work since it’ll be flooded in both directions

Seems like a day off would be great, but you have to make it up sometime.

They will cancel here if they can't get enough staff to the school or if it's possible kids will be endangered. Almost never happens.
Few years back, the high school called for a closure due to potential flooding... at 7:30am! Half the kids were already at the school. They got so much criticism for deciding so late, that that night they called for a closure for potential flooding the next day. And of course, it did not flood. They just couldn't get it quite right.

3 eggs left, 1 has a good size pip in it. The one is due today but I did a quick candle and I see a huge vein and a lot of movement so I don’t think it’s ready yet. The last 1 is due Tuesday.
