seem to have gotten most of the "smutz" out of my eye's at least the left one.

Notified the other guy in the yak trade that it's looking like the week of Oct 15 for drop off and pick up.

I need to get out and pick some more bell peppers, but waiting for the sun to show up. Going to try a bell pepper jelly/jam. One of the strangest recipes I have seen in a long time.

NOT sure if I am going to strain/remove the pulp like the instructions say or leave it in for texture. Maybe a batch each way. :idunno
the difference between straining it or not is the same as jelly vs jam .
