You always stay busy. Tires me out between you and Capsent Robert home with about 8 gallons of squash trimmings. Processed 48 cups of squash all in containers now cooling down before hauling to the freezer. I put it in those 4 cup Rubbermaid containers. Baked the chunks in the over and then food milled the works. Thinking about trying some in "pumpkin bread" and see how that is.
My "indoor" maters got ahead of me so cooking them down now. Just a small sauce pot full a the moment. But I will just stick it in the fridge and then add to it and cook it down again before running the works thru a food mill.

When I am feeding Robert, Rod, Vickie and myself it pretty much takes 2 of those containers.
huh ?? That is one of the cow's I am trading 4 yearling bulls for. The butt is her current calf.
