good job ! I dont have the patience for that.  Thats how I loose a few.

I jumped the gun on one hatch. Lost two chooks, one of which I had to cull. Was a rare breed and the first time I had to kill anything.

I'm vewwy, vewwy careful with assisting now....

I wont help unless they are zipping and stall or I can tell its a mal-po. never unless there is an internal pip and very slowly then . took me 3 days to help a serama once and it lived 2 weeks. It was ready just failure to thrive

The air is fresher and my new nighty fits me good. Its pretty. white with light and dark pink peonies on it and a little lace . Old fashion looking .

In case anyone is wondering I am trying really hard to learn the map just a little. I know nothing and am like a 4 yr. old. Wishing is trying to help me but I wear the dunce cap.

They were zipping and stopped. Guess they stopped coz they weren't ready- One was a bleeder, and 1 had unabsorbed yolk that pulled intestines out.

bleeders are a little easy with cold water. I think it works better then corn starch and I also pulled the intestines out once. When I first started I didnt know what it was and pulled on it. I have come a long way since then thank God but they sure died because of me. I actually think I am pretty good at it now . I have also done this since I was 10 yrs. or younger . Very nosy as to how it all worked . I would take the shell and make a window then tape it back and remove it every day so I could watch the progress. Thats when I was a little .
