Granny's gone and done it again

So first I was in the shower and I'm feeling fine then. When I dry off and step out its starts to hurt really bad. So I got dressed and just sit by the toilet for 20 minutes. Then it goes away. I go downstairs and watch some shows with my sister for an hour and drink a 7 up and I'm still feeling fine. I go up to bed. I'm laying there for half an hour. It starts to hurt really bad again. Worse than the first time. Like pins and needles and I'm starting to tear up. I go to the bathroom and sit by the toilet for not even 5 minutes and I'm feeling ok now. A little un easy.

Breathing through my mouth helps and so does burping.
