According to the google, real vanilla extract will last indefinitely. Old stuff may not taste as good, but shouldn't make you sick. Artificial stuff may not last as long, though.

Not fat, but her coat came in pretty good. She has a huge ruff. Blossum is hard to photograph... she doesn't like the camera for some reason.

I have a feeling the alcohol content aged like fine wine. It taste like alcohol. Hic.
