Granny's gone and done it again

According to the google, real vanilla extract will last indefinitely.
Real vanilla extract is made with booze and vanilla beans. I doubt it would ever go bad.

Thats chinese food right ?
Um, no. Chinese food is from China, Thai food is from Thailand. Though your question reminds me of a "The Amazing Race" episode. The teams were flying to Taiwan. One of the contestants exclaimed "I LOVE Thai food!". No sweety, Taiwan would be Chinese food not Thai food.

Not sure why they call it coconut MILK
They may not be able to much longer. The FDA may start enforcing long standing rules that say things labeled milk must actually be from dairy animals. Plants don't make real milk.

I dont like heat. strong spices dont like me.
I don't like heat either but I've never seen an Asian restaurant that didn't have "low spice" foods available.

My creamer sucks and its all I have. Too much vanilla
Buy some ultra pasteurized HEAVY CREAM and put a few drops of vanilla in your coffee after the cream is mixed in. That cream will last a LONG time. I buy the 8 oz size since I only drink coffee on Sunday morning and then only 1 cup so 8 oz of cream lasts many many weeks.

Can you water it down with milk?
:sick The idea is to make it creamier not more watery!
