Husbands company has slowly been picking off the older workers in the shop. They are being replaced with younger less payed employees. My husband just had his position removed from him a couple of days before Christmas. He's being forced out of the shop into a pole building with a vary vague job description. If it wasn't for his personal friendship with the owner he wouldn't have a job. He has 15 years before he can draw full retirement. Very sad world we live in, thank goodness for our faith. The desk belongs to the company, but the idit's that took it apart needed only to remove 4 screws (literally) Hubs saw the desk & went baserk. Told them & their boss that they were going to put it back together. These were engineers that took this apart. They couldn't figure out how a 30" desk was going to fit thru a 36" opening. The key was to remove the 4 screws that attached a straight section to the curved desk. Once removed the 2 sections easily went thru the door & around the corner, duh....
