Granny's gone and done it again

How boring, he can’t eat steak?
yes, he can. He can eat anything except nuts. He just didnt want to. Breakfast is his favorite food . He said the bacon was very good. I tried to give him steak, He didnt want it.

Busy busy busy around here. Was up at my dad's all day yesterday. He had an old friend from southern CA come visit yesterday. 12 hr drive for her (she didn't do the driving) and then she only stayed one day (2 nights at a hotel). She was a neighbor of my dad's long time ago, when he was 18 and she 16. At 85 and 83, they are now the last people they know from that time in their lives. I was happy to meet her, and she said she felt like she already knew me since she hears stories about all of us kids for years.

Dad just called... be back later.

I have been frustrated many times. Took 30 years to figure out i have IBS, drs never did figure it out. They said, oh, abdominal pain, you need a hysterectomy. I eventually had one due to fibroids. It didn't stop the pain though.

I have no faith in most doctors. When they decided I have MS they wanted to put me a bunch of different meds. I refused the medication cocktails they were pushing. I wanted to try and deal without meds for as long as I can. 20 yrs later and I take hemp extract, and some other herbals to help me.
For some doctors are great. For others they are nightmares. I happen to believe doctors are human.

I think you should trust your mother's intuition.
Have you considered putting him in public school? He will either snap out of it really quick or they will send him for evaluation and provide counseling. (Although your whole family will get sick if one starts going to a large school.:hmm)
Another option to try, if you haven't already, is an exercise program or playing on a sports team. Sometimes kids just have more energy than they know how to control and need a structured outlet.

I am sending him off with his father for the month. As much as he helps me, I need the break and so does he. The husband is thinking it may be he is mad that his siblings do not ever help me when I ask for help to do things. Hubby came home Monday due to an issue with his dispatcher, while he was home he saw some of what I see.
We suspected he had ADHD when he was younger. Could not sit still even when sleeping he was constantly moving.
