Granny's gone and done it again

I figured as much. You could always wait for spring or even de-nut him and wait a yr or 2.

but he honestly would be more "usefull" to me now and will give me a little practice with out the possibility of ruining a LOT of meat.
 
Then you need to try for some steaks too , Ribs...

could except I don't like beef ribs and the meat can/will be ground. Honestly I plan and basically boning out all of the meat. BUT will know more once his 'FUR COAT' is removed and I see just what is "hiding' under it.
