I wouldn't say that. I think Provolone is KINDA like really mild Swiss. I don't like the bite of Swiss. Gouda is different, doesn't have the bite.Gouda is kind of like mild swiss.

Camping likes cheese that bites back! DW loves Jarlsberg. We use Gruyere and Emmentaler in cheese fondu.Jarlsburg, currently. I’m always a big fan of swiss, gouda, gruyere, sharp cheddar, all other cheddars, on and on.

only on pizza and sometimes I sprinkle yellow cheese on a salad. My family can literally buy blocks of cheese and just eat it 
I love goat cheese.
Doped up max dose of gravol (what they call Dramamine up north). Felt good for the first two legs though so we’ll see how it goes.
