Now that it has cooled off, they are back. Once it freezes, we likely won't see them until spring.

And just got word. Hubs is getting shipped up to the Woolsey fire tomorrow am.

Such a mess, Hope he stays safe.

Where our wires come in is basically a big tube with a bend on the top (think of an upside down umbrella handle - or upside down J). When the tree trimmers got caught up on the wires they gave it a yank which pulled the bend part one way towards them, which made the bottom part of the tube kick out. Physics!

Yeah, if it doesn't come easily, yank on it really hard
