nope 5 to 8 inches of snow and cold. Was NOT going to sit outside in that type of weather and pluck ducks after freezing my hands helping the Vet with the golden girls

Understood. They are hard to pluck anyway. My GM used to make the best pillows from her ducks. I have one forever.

Your still going to be busy. Im tired of making stuff they want to turn their nose up at. Im not crazy about turkey but I wouldnt want to have ham twice either. I would taste Muscovy just because I heard its like steak

yep as I have 3 excess drakes I am going to try roasting at least one and then breasting out another to try it both ways
