so I think the turkey is thawed out OMG what a puny looking thing 13 1/2 pounds is. There is going to be a LOT of stuffing being cooked separately. I think I diced 5 loaves of bread today. Less the top crusts (bark) that went in the second chicken bucket

whats wrong w/ the crust ? I really Need some stuffing.

thats how I feel about it. I have had a bird dx with it.
After you read up on it what’s the point? You can’t test for it, you can’t quarantine for it, it is everywhere, you can’t vaccinate for it.

Point is , its no ones business what you do w/ your birds. She would do well to keep my name out of her mouth

just the top crust, can get tuff and the texture is just weird sometimes and the hens needed a treat.
