I honestly dont even know what they are except for the fact that you have to pay whether you use them or not.

You don't actually own the timeshare, you get a week there. But u get to pay a lot of expenses, like if they put on a new roof you get to pay part of it. You can trade your time and stay at another resort.

I have to "check out" the ice machine in the am and probably have to call the repair man. NO ICE in the hopper and doesn't seem to be making any.

I will double check the breaker "just in case"

And be sure no one unplugged it.
