Roast Beast.I’m working on the schedule for Christmas camp and I’m wanting to get away from the “traditional” meal. I think the kids aren’t excited about it like they used to be. I’m thinking or roasting several chickens or small turkeys and trying to incorporate more foods from other cultures. What is your fav Christmas dish? Can be dessert or side, or main. Just trying to shake things up a bit!
