I am feeling ok . Lots of pain but I guess that goes w/o saying anymore . If you lay back the nausea will go away or call your dr and ask for some zofran. (sp) zofram ?

If i lay back i will go to sleep. And i don't want more pills, i have too many as it is. Easier to just skip the pain pills. I only took one today. I was hurting though, most of the day. I just need this pain to go. Hopefully PT can do something or i am going to check out massage and maybe a chiropractor.
