soy beans here havent been harvested yet either. How odd ? Seems like they wait forever for the corn but its mostly gone now.

Can't sell soy beans due to Trumps tariffs on China, they retaliated and put tariffs on some US products, including a 25% tariff on soy beans. The US exported $14B worth of soybeans to China in 2014, over 31 million metric tons. Mexico was second with a bit more than 1/10 that much. Consider that 25% tariff would jump the 2014 sales to $17.5 Billion.

I think it has to do with the trade tariffs.

I know and it will fix itself in time, but see now the tariffs others are paying to get goods into the US is the same as we pay to get our goods into those countries. Eventually, it will fix itself people just need to figure out a new game plan.

No clue other than my chickens we crossing the road to eat the bugs under the oak tree and they came by a few times and stopped to tell me. Hate to tell them but the deer eat more than my chickens ever could and the thieves around here were already into the field picking.

no, I have his brother but he’s much lighter like the dad. I need to find time to go tag the other boys. You should see the silkie Cochin crosses! The boy is so dark with the saddle feathers he almost looks red.
