Hmmm. Candied lemon peel might work. Definitely some zest in the lemon jello. Homemade whip cream? You'd have to do the no bake cheesecake or assemble components separately after its cooled. Just off the top of my head.

Well where I live they’ve never heard of or carry candied lemon peel~I’m thinking simple. It’s a 3hr trip to any store (one way) so...the cool whip I could do. My idea is to mix cheesecake filling some whip cream w/the Jello I guess my question really is is there a certain ratio or a trick/tip to make it solid?
ETA: we do have a little grocery store but it’s like shopping at a 7-11 haven’t seen lemons since summer

You have to make your own candied lemon peel. Sounds like its nobake, and boxed?
